- Supervise and control all the Front Office services of the property.
- Ensure that a seamless customer service is delivered to guests by having detailed coordination between all the frontline units such as Guest Relations, Reception, Bell Desk and Telephone Operator.
- Make sure all staff are performing to the highest expected standard.
- Candidate should have previous experience in similar position or receptionist who has handled similar responsibilities with ambition to grow.
- Should be a team player with ability to handle difficult situations.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Additional languages are helpful ideally Arabic.
- Well versed with Opera.
