Front Office Supervisor


  • Supervise and control all the Front Office services of the property.

  • Ensure that a seamless customer service is delivered to guests by having detailed coordination between all the frontline units such as Guest Relations, Reception, Bell Desk and Telephone Operator.

  • Make sure all staff are performing to the highest expected standard.

  • Candidate should have previous experience in similar position or receptionist who has handled similar responsibilities with ambition to grow.

  • Should be a team player with ability to handle difficult situations.

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Additional languages are helpful ideally Arabic.

  • Well versed with Opera.
