During the days of Regal Maharaja's, people woke early to go hunting for the day. They aimed and took shots from their Elephants and Horses. Whatever they hunted would be brought back and served at the table as they hosted grand banquets for their guests.
It is this air of hunting that we re-enact in Chingari this month, as Chef Jograj and his team collect the best Wild Game produce to create exotic flavours. Come and taste Game such as Venison, Pigeon, Rabbit, Quail, Wild Turkey and Pheasants or freshly caught River Salmon and Lobster - all cooked in our Clay Tandoor Ovens or with a magical mix of spices from the pan. With a host of regular dishes and new Biryani dishes also available, there really is something for everyone.
