Supervisors and assistant managers at the Ramada Plaza Hotel recently attended a ‘Key Supervisory Skills’ course which was conducted at the hotel. The course, which ran for 2 days focused on supervisory management skills, leadership, motivation and delegation.
The course was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. This is the second of this type of training conducted at the hotel, coinciding with the opening of the East Wing which houses 259 guest rooms, including suites, condominiums, themed suites and penthouses, 6 stunning new restaurants and 4 lively lounges – taking hospitality to the next level in Doha.
